Therapy can be a different kind of conversation
Counselling and psychotherapy for adults, online and face-to-face in London.
A good place to start
I'm guessing you're here because you're looking for a therapist, wondering whether therapy might help, or wanting to learn a little more about how I work.
If you're actively searching for a therapist, you may already have discovered that choosing one isn't quite as straightforward as you expected. There are hundreds of profiles, different approaches, qualifications and terminology that may be unfamiliar. It can feel surprisingly difficult to know who might be the right fit.
My hope is that this website gives you a clear sense of who I am, how I work and whether I might be someone you'd feel comfortable talking to.
About me
I'm a BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with adults online and face-to-face in London. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, offering a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore what feels important and meaningful to you, whether that be difficult feelings, relationships, recurring patterns, or simply whatever is on your mind.
I believe that understanding ourselves more deeply can help us recognise how our ways of coping developed and, with that understanding, create more choice in how we live our lives today.
What can therapy help with?
People come to therapy for many different reasons, including:
Anxiety and worry
Low self-esteem and self-confidence
Relationship difficulties
Stress and burnout
Loss and bereavement
Life transitions
Shame and self-criticism
Feeling stuck or lost
Identity and sense of self
Family difficulties
You don't need to have a clearly defined problem to begin therapy. Sometimes people simply have a feeling that something isn't quite right, or that life is feeling heavier than it needs to be.
