A space to talk things through
You may be considering therapy because of present challenges you are facing, maybe familiar patterns keep repeating, or life has begun to feel heavier than it used to be.
Therapy offers time set aside for you, with someone whose role is to listen carefully, think alongside you and help you make sense of what you are experiencing.
You do not need to have a clearly defined problem or diagnosis before getting in touch.
About me
I’m a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with adults online and face-to-face in London. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, offering space to explore difficult feelings, relationships and recurring patterns without judgement.
I believe that understanding ourselves more deeply can help us recognise how our ways of coping developed and with that create more choice in how we live life now.
What can therapy help with?
People come to therapy for many different reasons, including:
Anxiety and worry
Low self-esteem and self-confidence
Relationship difficulties
Stress and burnout
Loss and bereavement
Life transitions
Shame and self-criticism
Feeling stuck or lost
Identity and sense of self
Family difficulties
How I work
I offer therapy to adults both online and face-to-face in London.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly, although we can discuss together what feels most appropriate for you.
Some people come with a specific issue they would like to work through over a number of sessions. Others prefer a more open-ended approach, allowing space to explore themselves and their experiences in greater depth. Both are welcome and we can decide together what feels right.
Reduced fee offer
A limited number of online appointments are available at £40 per session for people who have received this information through a participating community organisation.
The reduced fee is available for ongoing therapy rather than only the first appointment.
To access it, enter the referral or flyer code when completing the enquiry form.
Getting started
I offer a free introductory telephone or video conversation of around 15–20 minutes.
This gives you an opportunity to:
tell me briefly what has brought you to therapy;
ask any questions;
hear more about how I work;
decide whether arranging a first session feels right.
There is no obligation to continue.
